**Marketing & Innovation Manager**

**The Marketing & Innovation Manager **is responsible for Nexans, from one side, to co-elaborates the Group’s innovation portfolio and ensures the execution of the development of new offers, and for the other side, for Nexans positioning and development on markets.- He/she will be in charge of boosting the innovation based on better understanding of the users and wholesalers need and will implement, according to the Business Unit marketing and sales strategy, the local marketing strategy to enhance Nexans sales and market shares in the strict respect of the budget. At the head of the Marketing and Innovation team, the Marketing Manager ensures the right collaboration between team members and the right communication of the team with the CX/PX Operations Excellence team and Squad teams.- The main missions are:
- Define/Implement the local marketing strategy in line with Andeans Business Unit business strategy.
- Steer the marketing actions and ensure the correct deployment of the marketing strategy
- Manage the Market Segments & Offers P&L statement with the marketing team
- Drive and support the pricing strategy in collaboration with CX/PX Operations Excellence Manager and Marketing Intel. & Pricing
- Manage the Marketing and Innovation team
- Define the innovation roadmap of the country
- Ensure the correct implementation of the offer management process in the innovation process
- Ensure that the launch timing will be respected
- Define and follow the strategic marketing and innovation yearly plan with key Platinum & Gold customers
- Strong knowledge of the market visiting Partners, electrical installers, Association,
