We are a direct advertiser and affiliate network for Nutra&WhiteHat. We provide the best service to our partners in many countries and invite a regional manager to join the team. As the responsible manager of a region, you will take on many tasks, from operational processes to increasing sales in the Geo entrusted to you.

**Requirements**:

- Experience 2-3 years as a regional manager;
- Experience in effective communications;
- High proficiency in Excel;
- The level of Spanish must be advanced;
- The level of English must be intermediate or above;
- Spoken Russian is a must;
- Experience in negotiating;
- Managerial skills;

**Responsibilities**:

- Geo launch and develop to the maximum ROI;
- Scaling the current product sales and setting up new products in line with geo-specific features;
- Coordination and work with manufacturers and fulfillment centers;
- Adaptation of the call center to the launch of sales in the new Geo and further control of the working process;
- Adaptation of the service department to the launch and further control of the operation in the new Geo;
- Integration with partners;
- Working with logistics;
- Introduction of offers and traffic analysis CPA network;
- Analysis of prices and payments in the offers of competitors. Offers monitoring;
- Analysis of profitability by offers/publishers/shares. Identify factors of setbacks, finding solutions to improve outcomes;
- Negotiating and cooperating with external partners;
- Team management and training.
