**Project Management**:

**Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to IT teams on the implemented processes and procedures.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT department.

**Education and Certifications**:
The profile of an IT Process Manager typically requires a combination of academic training and professional certifications. Some of the most relevant include:
**Academic Training**:

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Postgraduate studies in IT Management or Business Administration can be a plus.

**Professional Certifications**:

- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library): Fundamental certification for IT service management.
- COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies): Certification for IT governance and management.
- ISO/IEC 20000: Certification for IT service management based on international standards.
- PMP (Project Management Professional): Certification in project management.

**Professional Experience**:
In addition to education and certifications, practical experience is crucial for developing a competent IT Process Manager. It is recommended to have:

- Previous experience in IT service management or IT project management roles.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining IT frameworks and standards.
- Practical knowledge of IT service management and monitoring tools.Professional experience in similar roles not less than 6 years.
