**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Be in charge of the recruiting process of different IT positions across the company.
- Perform hunting of IT profiles on LinkedIn an other sources.
- Take full ownership of the hiring process end-to-end.
- Post Job Recquisitions in various job boards and social networks like LinkedIn.
- Carry out english screenings.
- Understand the internal customer requirements and constantly follow-up with hiring managers.
- Schedule Interviews, send technical assessments, among other tasks that support the hiring process.
- Keep track of applicants in the mid and long term.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills in both english and spanish
- Familiar with boolean searches in LinkedIn.
- Understanding of various IT profiles like Software Developer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps engineer, Information Security Admins, among others.
- Ability to multi-task and manage different requirements at the same time.
- Prioritization and goal-oriented.
