We are changing the trajectory of human health, YOU CAN TOO. **We are searching for the best talent for **COMMERCIAL QUALITY ANALYST** to be in Lima.** **Purpose**:Support the activities related to implement, maintain, and improve the quality management system to comply with current local legislation, the quality manual and global quality standards. Ensure that the quality system is properly maintained. Manages and monitors the processes required for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system, in accordance with J&J policies (CAPA, Events / Deviations / Complaints / Change Control, Escalations and others). **You will be responsible for**: - Prepare and update the procedures, work instructions and documents applicable to the quality system according to local regulatory requirements and corporate policies. - Creation, management and monitoring records in quality system as Non-conformities, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Change Control; as well as consolidating the evidence of the execution of the action plans. - Support product disposition according to local regulatory requirements and company parameters. - Responsible for execution and deployment of change controls. - Support the process related repack & relabel requirements. - Support the activities for the product discontinuation process. - Responsible for the management of quality record and technical department. - Supplier management support, including supplier qualification (audit), monitoring, and supplier disengagement. - Local quality document management within the company's quality system. **Calificaciones** Domain Level: 1. **Basic**: Ability to accomplish responsibilities with an acceptable level of supervision 2. **Intermediate**: Can accomplish responsibilities and teach others 4. **Master's degree**: Establishes capacity in the total system, both individual and collective - Technical Expertise in Quality Assurance (KNOWLEDGE) - Domain level | 3 - Local regulatory knowledge (KNOWLEDGE) - Domain level | 3 - Strategic thinking to support the regulatory plan through data analysis, synthesis and integration (STRATEGY) - Domain level | 2 - Attention to detail and adherence to procedures (COMPLIANCE) - Domain level | 3 - Customer-oriented mentality with staff of internal and external interest through interactions that add value (PERSPECTIVE AND COLLABORATION) - Domain level | 3 - Influence, negotiation and strong verbal and written communication skills (COMMUNICATION) - Domain level | 2 - Innovation, challenge and adaptation to change (INNOVATION) - Domain level | 2 - Organization, planning and coordination of projects - Domain level | 2 **Ubicación principal** Perú-Lima-Lima - **Organización** Johnson & Johnson del Peru S.A.
