En **Tekton Labs** estamos acompañando a uno de los principales bancos de Ecuador en la construcción de soluciones críticas para el ecosistema financiero digital. Buscamos un **Backend Engineer Senior** que quiera ser protagonista en el diseño, desarrollo e integración de servicios backend clave.

El proyecto incluye iniciativas de alto impacto como el **lanzamiento de una tarjeta de débito digital** y la implementación de un **modelo agregador de pagos**. Trabajarás junto a un equipo ágil, en un entorno colaborativo y con foco en **calidad, seguridad y performance**.

**Responsabilidades Clave**:

- Implementar **microservicios escalables y robustos**, siguiendo buenas prácticas
- Diseñar y desarrollar APIs **RESTful y GraphQL** eficientes y seguras
- Integrar sistemas internos y servicios externos en entornos de alta exigencia
- Gestionar **persistencia de datos** y transacciones con foco en integridad
- Participar en la creación de **canales transaccionales** sobre PTS
- Aplicar prácticas de **seguridad** en todo el ciclo de desarrollo
- Documentar técnicamente lo desarrollado para garantizar continuidad y escalabilidad

***Perfil Buscado**:

- **+6 años de experiência** como Backend Engineer
- Background técnico sólido en **arquitecturas distribuidas, microservicios y cloud**
- Deseable experiência en **banca, fintech o medios de pago**
- Formación en **Ingeniería de Sistemas** o carrera afín
- Trabajo en equipo, comunicación efectiva y foco en resultados
- Capacidad para enfrentar desafíos técnicos complejos con autonomía y criterio

**Condiciones y Contratación**:

- **Horario**: Lunes a viernes, de **8:30 AM a 5:30 PM (hora Ecuador)**, con 1 hora de almuerzo
- **Feriados, vacaciones y licencias** de acuerdo con legislación ecuatoriana
- **Modalidad**: 100% remoto
- **Remuneración mensual**: Hasta **USD 3.000**, según seniority y experiência
