Clinical Advisor I

**Description**:
**Role summary**

This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. The** Clinical Advisor I** should interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle inquiries, requests and/or issues from the business for company products/services. Proceed with outbound calls, validate customer account, educate the customers, and document interactions in the CRM database. Ensure appropriate resolution and/or escalation to the correct team in case needed. Handle clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders. Provide ideas and suggestions to improve the overall business, increase the customer’s clinical confidence. Involvement in clinical training at all levels (clinical colleagues, customers, Customer Engagement organization, etc.). Meet with the external customers as host and/or organizer. This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. - Be responsible for providing clinical guidance to external customers.
- Participate in special projects when requested.
- Conduct 45-minute meetings with external customers.
- Be responsible for documenting every interaction with the customer.
- Educate the customers on topics related to Invisalign and Itero products/services.
- Provide the customers with cutting-edge products/services that Align offers to Global markets.
- Help the GPs and Orthos through their Clinical journey within Align’s Digital Platform.
- Go through the Ortho Mentorship Program, the Ortho 360 Training, the Itero refreshers, and Exocad refreshers (Internal).
- Develop the following competences: Instill trust, nimble learning, communicate effectively, and collaboration.

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
**What we-re looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- To develop at this level for 2-3 years.
- Proficiency in English.
- Digital Dentistry knowledge.
- Scrum Fundamentals Certification.
- Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Word certified knowledge.
- Basic Knowledge in Project Management, Salesforce (SFDC), and Call Management Systems (For instance: Cisco, Harmony, Twilio, etc.).
