Responsible for providing education on conditions, therapy and company products, including
- Providing field support to both customers and other field personnel
- Conducting on-site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with patients, their families, and/or healthcare professionals and organizations
- Participating and developing presentations for patient meetings, conventions, forums, and meetings for the purpose of product awareness
- Sharing product information/data analysis to clinical research groups

May require education in a health-related field and clinical experience.

Applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency: - Work is closely supervised. - Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. - Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
