**ROLE SUMMARY**:

- Altair School is strategically located in La Molina, Lima, Peru, and its campus has an area of 15,000 square meters. It is a regular, bilingual and mixed education school. It has the IB Continuing Program accredited for its three programs: PYP (Primary Years Program), MYP (Middle Years Program) and Diploma.- The School's educational proposal is based on a comprehensive, personalized education with emphasis not only on academic excellence, but also on sports and cultural areas. It is on the list of the best private schools in Lima, and is part of Inspired, a group of Premium schools worldwide with a presence in 23 countries, with more than 80 schools around the world. It seeks to train upright, responsible, sensitive, self-confident people with a passion for learning and who are committed and active members of a global community.- The team of teachers at Altair School is highly qualified to provide an educational service of excellence. The Teacher Assistant must be able to work as a team with the teachers of the level, showing good social skills. You must have a passion for teaching and a commitment to the comprehensive education of your students. In addition, use technological tools and an advanced level of English.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Communicate with parents of potential and exchange students as the first point of contact, to ensure they receive accurate and timely information and advice regarding admission to the school.
- Lead the Admissions team and/or guide the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team to achieve sales objectives, ensuring they have the knowledge, training and support to offer customer-focused service to support student growth.
- Offer first class tours for potential parents and partnership prospects (companies, embassies, etc.). These will take place throughout the year (in and out of term as required).
- Guide the Senior Leadership Team to implement best practice processes to increase retention. This includes leading the customer insights program, managing potential dropout files, and participating in events focused on student and parent retention.
- Work with the Group Marketing Department to support the production of relevant publications such as school calendars, newsletters, prospectuses, academic results, university destinations, etc., to ensure that information is transmitted in a clear and concise manner, positively promoting the attributes of the school at all points of contact.
- Ensure that the admission and admission appeal process complies with the Inspired Education Admissions Policy.
- Coordinate and implement a successful (region) program including recruitment fairs, trial days and showcase events. To maximize attendance, events could be scheduled periodically after hours and on weekends.
- Act as an ambassador, representing the school in admissions-related engagements with key external stakeholders and embodying the school's values and ethics.
