**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Oversee billing processes and prepare supporting documentationConduct weekly payroll reviews
- Assist with sales tax filings and ensure compliance
- Handle credit card reconciliations and general cash management
- Help with ad hoc projects and financial tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle a high-volume caseload
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and efficient, able to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
- Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills
- Empathetic and patient when working with clients in sensitive situations
- Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus, but not required
- Advanced Excel skills required (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Qualifications**:

- An associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese)
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

**Physical Setting**:Remote

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm EST (1hr lunch)

Pay: S/.3,910.00 - S/.4,620.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- accounting: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- advanced/C2 English (required)
