**Job Description**:
The key personnel must have solid knowledge in construction projects, as well as extensive experience to satisfactorily and suitably face the development of the activities or studies under their responsibility for the success of the project.
- Responsible for the development of programmes, baseline management and progress updates.
- Competent in the use of Primavera P6 planning software.
- Must have experience of planning for the whole construction process from inception through to completion and to be able to create programmes that are underpinned by a basis of programme narrative.
- Working with the wider project team in the presentation of programme information to stakeholders.
- Work with other team members, including change, cost, project controls and other planners to deliver a planning and / or project controls service.
- Creation and regular production of Progress Reports.
- Attend progress review meetings as required.
- Where necessary undertake or contribute to what-if scenarios to show the effect of potential changes.
- Manage the interface between the various contracts.
- Working closely with a design and construction team the manager must be able to highlight problems in advance and suggest solutions in an assertive fashion.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferable Civil Engineer Degree.
- 10 years of construction experience with scheduling and P6 experience.
- Experience working in reconstruction, adaptation and/or rehabilitation works on educational and/or institutional buildings, shopping centers, hotels of 3 stars or more, hospitals, office buildings of no less than 10 floor, and high-density multi-family residential buildings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform job requirements with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to develop good working relationships across multiple project teams
- Drive to be proactive and self-motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel.
