The Opportunity

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking planning manager to join our established and growing team in Lima.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Reporting to the client’s Project Manager.
- Facilitating the planning process for the project.
- Supporting the client team in identifying, assessing, communicating and escalating schedule deviations and potential schedule impacts.
- Supporting the client team in the management and handling of the schedule portfolio.
- Providing training and guidance on contractor schedule management.

About You

You have a civil engineering degree or other construction related qualification. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated construction teams. You have client delivery partner experience on tier 1 event. You have considerable construction industry planning experience. You have experience on the delivery track record on major programme/projects. You have a keen understanding of the various planning hierarchies, from day-to-day scheduling to strategic planning. You have experience in major infrastructure programme or projects. You can demonstrate experience in the delivery of large, fast-tracked programmes or projects. You can demonstrate ability in working on multi-disciplined teams. You are proficient in the use of P6 planning software.
