**Funciones**:

- Planificar y ejecutar la grilla de contenidos en Instagram, TikTok y otros canales digitales, integrando pilares de marca, tendencias y calendario comercial.
- Redactar copies y storytelling alineados al tono y personalidad de marca, priorizando impacto visual y conversión.
- Dirigir y coordinar grabaciones para contenido diario y shootings, garantizando coherencia estética.
- Realizar styling y scouting de locaciones, props, vestuario y maquillaje para producciones internas.
- Desarrollar rutas creativas para lanzamientos y campañas, incluyendo naming, concepto visual y dirección de arte.
- Proponer y coordinar happenings, activaciones y acciones en tienda junto con el equipo de marketing.
- Gestionar y optimizar colaboraciones con influencers y partners estratégicos, incluyendo búsqueda, seguimiento y contenido conjunto.
- Supervisar y dar feedback a la content creator para asegurar consistencia en calidad y estilo.
- Apoyar en la edición de videos y creación de contenido para redes sociales y pauta digital.
- Monitorear KPIs de contenido (engagement, alcance, crecimiento de comunidad, CTR) y proponer mejoras basadas en data y tendencias.

**Requisitos**:**
- Bachiller o egresado en Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad, Diseño o afines.
- 1 a 3 años de experiência en contenido digital, preferiblemente en moda, retail o lifestyle.
- Manejo de redes sociales (Instagram, TikTok) y conocimiento de algoritmos y métricas clave.
- Habilidad en redacción creativa y storytelling.
- Experiência en dirección de sesiones fotográficas y de video.
- Conocimiento básico de edición de videos (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut o similar).
- Deseable: experiência con gestión de influencers y herramientas de social listening.
