**Job Title**: Senior SEO Content Strategist

**Job Type**: Full-Time (48 hours per week), Remote

**Location**: Lima, Peru (Exclusively)

H&C Construction LLC, a leading home remodeling company in the U.S., is seeking a skilled and experienced **Senior SEO Content Strategist** to join our remote team. If you have a proven track record in SEO, content strategy, and SEM with a deep understanding of the U.S. market, we want to hear from you This remote role requires excellent analytical skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset to develop content that drives engagement and optimizes online visibility.

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth research on competitors within the U.S. market to identify top-performing keywords, page structures, and content types.
- Pinpoint opportunities for H&C Construction to stand out in the competitive landscape.

**Keyword Strategy**:

- Identify high-intent keywords for both SEO (organic) and SEM (paid) campaigns, with a focus on attracting qualified leads.
- Develop a keyword plan that guides content optimization and aligns with both organic and paid search strategies.

**Content Optimization**:

- Regularly review and adjust current web content to ensure relevance and audience alignment, optimizing keywords, tone, and structure for the U.S. audience.
- Recommend improvements to site structure, titles, meta descriptions, and other SEO elements to enhance user experience and lead conversion.

**Content Strategy Development**:

- Propose and plan blog topics, web pages, and other content that meet audience needs and reflect trending topics in the industry.
- Select relevant themes, content types, and imagery that reinforce H&C Construction's authority and appeal to the U.S. market.

**SEM Strategy & Management**:

- Design targeted SEM campaigns to maximize ROI and attract high-quality leads.
- Research competitive ads, audience targeting, and segment campaigns effectively to capture leads in the U.S. market.

**Performance Monitoring & Analysis**:

- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to monitor and analyze SEO and SEM performance.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Authority Building & Page Structure Development**:

- Recommend effective backlink strategies, page structure improvements, and quality content to boost site authority in search engines.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and content strategy, ideally with experience targeting the U.S. market.

**Key Skills**:

- **SEO/SEM**: Extensive knowledge of search engine optimization and paid campaign management.
- **Competitor & Keyword Analysis**: Skilled in using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz for competitive research and keyword selection.
- **Audience & Content Strategy**: Ability to understand audience needs and develop content strategies that resonate.
- **Communication**: Strong English writing and editing skills; fluency in both English and Spanish.

**Competencies**:

- Self-motivated and proactive in conducting research and proposing innovative ideas.
- Data-driven approach to adjust SEO/SEM and content strategies based on performance.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 MB) and a quiet workspace for video calls and team collaboration.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: S/. 2,050 per month (negotiable based on experience). Payments are made bi-weekly in USD; applicants should have a USD bank account, preferably with Interbank or BCP.
- **Bonuses**: Half-month salary bonus in July and December.
