RESPONSIBILITIES

Expand allREPORTING:
Build a strong partnership with local team for accurate and timely data collection and reporting.

Distribution of month end closing information to Project Specialist.

Report the assets control file to Project Specialist.CONTROLLING:
Review and validate deviations to the group controlling and accounting guidelines.

Act as the first control check for the charges made by Distribution Partners to Red Bull.

Make sure that all the internal controls and policies are been applied in the countries.PLANNING:
Support the Project Specialist to gather the required information to prepare proper plan uploads.

Help the Project Specialist to structures new files to make the planning process easier.

Validate the assets needed of change, accordingly to policy to include in the planning file.

Prepare indirect detailed projections for every planning scenario and validate results with Project Specialist.BUSINESS SUPPORT:
Support budget owners to better understand and become familiar with their budgets and actual spends.

Be the link of local DP´s and RB team regarding financial and administrative processes.ADMINISTRATIVE

Take care of the office facilities and be the responsible to validate with the PS the improvements and requirements needed, accordingly to administrative budget.

Coordinate local purchases with the PS and the other region countries, when needed.

Coordinate office purchases, including employee assets, validated with Project Specialist.

Support local team in local purchases.

Co-responsible for the countries policies alignment (travel, purchases, etc.)

Co-responsible of the assets control of Red Bull staff (Andean)

Support the HR team with the hiring, on boarding of new employees, medical insurance management and be one of the points of contact, regarding staff topics.

Develop relationship with DP teams to ensure local purchases and other administrative processes, which must be done the best way possible to support the team working for the brand.

In charge of invoice registration and purchase orders.

Follow up of invoices and reimbursements payment.TEAM MEETINGS COORDINATION
- EXPERIENCE
- ** Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, reporting and project management. Budget management is desired.
- Strong coordination and organization skills with attention to detail.
- Independence.
- Ability to focus on many tasks and requests.
- Build effective relationships across the business and the team and be persuasive.
- Ability to use judgment, initiative, and common sense to solve problems and find solutions.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
- Ability to meet established deadlines and work within established processes. Detail oriented.
- Ability with numerical data and spreadsheets.
- Demonstrates very good IT skills (spreadsheets and database skills). Microsoft Office package.
- Good communication skills.
- SAP and BI experience desired.
- Finance, accounting, and project management qualification (or similar is preferred)
- Intermediate - advanced English
- Travel 0-10%
