Kevin Ngo Realty Group, partnered with VYBE Realty, is a Maryland-based real estate agency specializing in residential and commercial properties. We focus on delivering personalized solutions and expert guidance throughout every step of the property journey. We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to work closely with the Kevin Ngo Realty Group, managing social media, content creation, and digital campaigns to enhance our online presence and drive success.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Marketing**:

- Manage Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid campaigns to generate high-quality real estate leads for Kevin Ngo Realty Group.
- Develop and schedule engaging social media content tailored to build the group's brand and client engagement.
- Create blog posts and other digital content to increase brand visibility and awareness.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search rankings and attract more traffic.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable reports to the team.
- Propose innovative marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand growth.
- Update and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate lead tracking and follow-ups.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with lead generation and outreach in the real estate industry.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing platforms, and real estate tools.
- Excellent attention to detail for managing marketing campaigns and client data.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (required)
- Advanced English proficiency (required)

**Technology**:

- VoIP Phones,
- Google Suits
- CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and other social media scheduling tools.

**Physical Setting**:Remote

**Schedule**:M-F, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST (1 hour lunch break)

Pay: S/.3,400.00 - S/.4,900.00 per month
