Marketing Coordinator
que combine iniciativa, atención al detalle y ganas de ejecutar campañas que generen resultados tangibles.

Tu misión será apoyar la implementación de estrategias de medios —tanto digitales como tradicionales—, garantizando que las campañas se ejecuten correctamente, se monitoreen de forma constante y se optimicen de acuerdo con los objetivos.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Gestionar las tareas diarias de las campañas activas, asegurando que los materiales estén actualizados y se cumplan los cronogramas establecidos.
  • Coordinar la entrega y adaptación de piezas para campañas online y offline, maximizando su rendimiento en diferentes formatos y canales.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida con equipos internos y agencias externas (medios, diseño, etc.).
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de las pautas publicitarias mediante reportes y revisiones visuales semanales.
  • Analizar tendencias del mercado, comportamiento de usuarios y actividades de la competencia para sugerir mejoras y nuevas iniciativas.
  • Participar en la preparación de briefs y planificación de próximas campañas.
  • Elaborar reportes semanales, mensuales y trimestrales sobre el rendimiento de las campañas y los principales hitos del mercado.

Requisitos:

  • Formación: Bachiller o egresado(a) en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicaciones o afines.
  • Experiencia: 2 años en roles similares.

Conocimientos:

  • Manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Inglés a nivel intermedio.
