**About the role**

As the Learning & Assessment Consultant, you will support the achievement of annual revenue targets by implementing the approved country strategic country plan. You will develop both existing and new business opportunities. You will grow revenue and help reach profitability targets by increasing the capability of the team and our channel partners, encouraging them to work together and sell the full portfolio, wherever possible.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Drive business growth by developing relationships with schools and educational institutions.
- Promote and present a comprehensive educational solution to institutions' teachers, coordinators, managers, and owners.
- Follow up on prospective, renewal, and loyalty institutions.
- Work closely with distributors, exam centres, and key partners to ensure business success.
- Deliver product and platform presentations, training, as required by our potential and existing customers and users.
- Collect market insights and customer feedback to improve our offerings.
- Ensure that information recorded in Salesforce CRM is updated with databases

**About you**

The Learning & Assessment Consultant will, in all transactions represent the Cambridge mission in the eyes of the customer, so we are seeking a team member who shares our passion and our values**:collaborative**, **innovative**, empowering and **responsible**.

You will bring:

- Experience as a commercial and educational advisor
- Business management and sales skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with schools and institutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Basic knowledge on digital trends (LMS, Social Networks, Apps, Microsoft)
- Valid driving License plus flexibility and willingness to travel (with occasional overnight stays)
- Academic degree in a related field (Sales, Marketing, or Education preferred).
- C1 level in Spanish and B2 level in English (desirable).
