**PROJECT MANAGEMENT - CONSTRUCTION**

**Location**: Lima, Peru (on-site) **Job Type**: Full-Time

H&C Construction LLC, a U.S.based residential remodeling company, is seeking a highly skilled **Project Manager Construction** to lead and coordinate construction projects in Peru while maintaining direct communication with our management team in the U.S. This role requires advanced technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in English to ensure successful project delivery aligned with both local and international standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Oversight and Execution**
- Manage all phases of residential and commercial construction projects, from initiation through closeout.
- Review and interpret technical documentation, including architectural and engineering drawings.
- Oversee daily operations in Lima and ensure alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Track costs, monitor performance, and maintain overall project profitability.
- Anticipate risks and implement solutions proactively to safeguard timelines and resources.

**Coordination and Reporting**
- Act as the main point of contact for the Peru office with U.S.based management.
- Provide detailed project updates, financial reports, and progress analyses in English.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct status meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Team & Process Development**
- Guide and supervise on-site engineers and coordinators to maintain performance standards.
- Promote consistent project management practices and workflows across assigned projects.
- Foster a results-driven and collaborative work culture.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (mandatory).**:

- **5+ years of experience** in construction project management, preferably with U.S.based projects.
- **Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2, oral and written).**:

- Strong knowledge of U.S. construction standards, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar).
- Solid financial understanding of budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
