En FactorIT estamos buscando a un **Project Management Officer** con experiência de 10 años en gerenciamiento de proyectos, gestión de carteras, portafolios, fábricas de software o datos.

¿Qué esperamos de nuestros Project Management Officer?
- Ingeniero en informática o en Sistemas/ Administración.
- Curso/Especialidades: Master en administración/sistemas de información.
- Certificaciones: PMP y Scrum Master.
- Inglés Avanzado.
¿Qué funciones realizará?
- Responsable de asegurar los tiempos, alcance, calidad y presupuesto de los proyectos, por medio de la recopilación, análisis y almacenamiento de la información relacionada con proyectos pasados, actuales y futuros.
- Mantener indicadores de seguimiento e implementación de cada uno de los proyectos y servicios de la cartera del Data Factory, así como la intervención en los proyectos con riesgos o problemas con el fin de identificar correctamente cada situación y proponer la solución.
- Presentar informes de Gestión a Gerencia del Data Factory.
- Reclutamiento y selección de personal.
- Ser un apoyo estratégico para lograr la excelencia organizacional por medio de mejores prácticas de ejecución estratégica, liderar esfuerzos de manejo del cambio y manejo de proyectos para garantizar la ejecución y estandarizar metodologías de manejo los mismos.
- Administrar el presupuesto optimizando su rendimiento.
- Cumplir con los procesos implementados en la ISO 9001.
- Cumplir con los procesos implementados en el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo
- Impulsar la ejecución estratégica, vinculando planificación estratégica con la gestión de proyectos y el aprendizaje organizacional
