**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements for reports and dashboards.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract, cleanse, and transform data from various source systems.
- Define and implement data validation, accuracy, and quality checks.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Participate in Agile sprints and contribute to the continuous delivery of data solutions.
- Document data models, business logic, and visualization strategies.

**Basic Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (e.g., joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning).
- Proven experience building advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with DAX and Power Query (M) in Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools and APIs.
- Background in financial services, particularly in loan processing, risk, or compliance reporting.
- Exposure to Python, R, or other scripting languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with additional BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.

**Salary**: USD $4583 - $6041.67 (monthly salary range)

Background checks may be required for certain positions/projects.
