**About The Opportunity**

We are looking for an Operations Intern to support the day-to-day Operations Process. In this role, you will:

- Support the day-to-day Projects, Procurement, Facilities, and Vendor Management Process.
- Help in the REQs and PO creations for Operations.
- Supporting the Building access requests for vendors.
- Help adapting the project quotes in Wework templates for our members.
- Create tickets for Vendor Vetting. This is a process to accept new vendors in our system.
- Support in Vendor Payment Control to be aware of the correct payments to vendors.
- Assists in general processes related to Operations.
- Work locally in Lima Buildings.

**About You**

Does the below sound like you? If so, we’d love to hear from you
- You are studying the 8 or 9 cycle of your career: Administration, Industrial engineering or related careers.
- Advanced English level.
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Project and Facilities Management Knowledge, desirable.
- KPIs Control Knowledge, desirable.
- Good communication skills.
- Passion for continuous learning
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, this will mean hard work and room to propose new ideas.
- Exceptional organization and multitasking skills in order to support the team.
