**About The Opportunity**

We are looking for an Operations Intern to support the day-to-day Operations Process. In this role, you will:
- Support the day-to-day Projects, Procurement, Facilities, and Vendor Management Process.- Help in the REQs and PO creations for Operations.- Supporting the Building access requests for vendors.- Help adapting the project quotes in Wework templates for our members.- Create tickets for Vendor Vetting. This is a process to accept new vendors in our system.- Support in Vendor Payment Control to be aware of the correct payments to vendors.- Assists in general processes related to Operations.- Work locally in Lima Buildings.

**About You**

Does the below sound like you? If so, we’d love to hear from you- You are studying the 8 or 9 cycle of your career: Administration, Industrial engineering or related careers.- Advanced English level.- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Tools.- Project and Facilities Management Knowledge, desirable.- KPIs Control Knowledge, desirable.- Good communication skills.- Passion for continuous learning- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, this will mean hard work and room to propose new ideas.- Exceptional organization and multitasking skills in order to support the team.
