**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business counterparts to translate technical requirements into client-ready solutions.
- Support all phases of the project lifecycle—from design to deployment and beyond.
- Work with QA and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve development and testing challenges.
- Prioritize and address critical production and client-facing issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience in C++ programming.
- Proficiency in both structural and object-oriented programming, including expertise in concepts, data structures, design patterns, templates, and multithreaded programming in C++.
- In-depth experience working on the Windows platform (Visual Studio experience is a plus).
- Good knowledge of databases and basic SQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems like GIT.
- Extensive problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Strong communication abilities across IT and business divisions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

**Plusses**:

- Exposure to finance, especially Fixed Income.
- Experience with Perl and shell scripting.
- Understanding of communication protocol fundamentals.
