What You'll Do
- Collaborate with GVS Americas stakeholders, Operations, and Finance teams to determine data requirements, with focused alignment to specific sales Theaters.
- You will build and automate reports and dashboards used across the Americas Theaters and Segments collaborating with peers in the Americas and worldwide
- Build and maintain quota attainment dashboard
- Be able to prepare data and insights in areas such as forecast accuracy, expected plan achievement, seller efficiency
- Supporting sales leaders on specific or ad hoc reports
- Partner with corporate data teams to discover and use existing data sources, as well as finding new ones; blend multiple data sources together to build an integrated data ecosystem; stay up to speed on the latest developments in data science
- Integrate data views for quarterly scorecards and business reviews
- Support business analysis on strategic and long-range planning efforts with data
- You will work with stakeholders on appropriate metrics, setting targets, defining reporting parameters, and mentoring sales leaders on how to use the data within their teams
- Support with New Year Readiness activities such as set up seller goal sheets for approval, build sales crediting rules, hierarchy and team agents set up
- Support with maintenance through the goaling period based on chances that may happen

This organization is responsible for selling to customers virtually (ie, hub-based) and scaling the sales motion through digital capabilities, partner ecosystems, and recruiting/developing the next generation virtual sales talent. GVSE is a global organization across the major geographies including the Americas (US, Canada, LatAm), EMEAR (Europe, Middle East, Africa), and Asia Pacific.

We are hiring a Business Analyst who can help build a world-class virtual sales organization using data and business insights. Virtual Sales is dependent on a tech stack to drive repeatable sales motions, and data is the lifeblood of the organization. Data and metrics are essential to measure efficiency of the activities the sellers are performing and replicating/scaling best practices and areas of success within the organization. This role will be instrumental in delivering those insights that sales leaders and sellers can use to increase sales efficiency.

Knowledge and Experience
- 3+ years of business analyst and/or data science experience with ability to uncover key insights/trends for action and decision making
- Solid analytical skills and tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, etc.) knowledge
- Experience with handling and integrating large data sets such as SFDC, SAP HANA, Snowflake, and Excel pivots/macros
- Strong background in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, etc.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree BA/BS
