**Senior Project Manager**

**Location: Lima, Peru**

Become a part of our international Operations team at one of our locations in Lima, Peru. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Senior Project Manager

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- The implementation of a business development plan as well as direct management of all details of project executions under your assignment
- Leading all communications with clients and suppliers
- Contract reviewing, finance controlling, operation details management, integration of corporate functions into the project and report of results to management
- Creating high added-value technical and commercial proposals as a reply to clients’ tenders for RFI and RFQ
- Budget reporting and cash flow submittal to accounting department to ensure financing
- Prepare and submit budget quotations/tenders
- Prepare and perform surveys and fact-finding trips related to projects hereunder port, route, and equipment
- Sourcing from international parties to get the most accurate services purchase pricing for internal and external purposes
- Employing company tools such as CRM or TMS to gain maximum advantage from them
- Attend exhibitions / fairs / seminars on request
- Ensure and support quality implementation in the department

**What you can contribute**:

- Successfully completed apprenticeship as Freight Forwarding Assistant
- At least 10 years of work experience in transport and logistics, ideally in project logistics
- A team player approach that convinces with a strong hands-on mentality
- Good to excellent English-language skills
- Pleasure working in a culturally diverse and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel
- Deadlines and full calendars are not foreign to you and, thanks to your structured way of working, are successfully managed
- You are motivated and enjoy facing new challenges
