About the Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be the stabilizing force for the Sourcing Value platform delivery. This role is critical in bringing structure to an unstructured environment, enforcing SDLC discipline, resolving Jira workflow chaos, and ensuring predictable, transparent, and controlled delivery across all teams and stakeholders.

Position Description

Backend Language: Java

Frontend Framework: React / TypeScript

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a clear release roadmap for MVP and subsequent releases
  • Define sprint objectives, quarterly goals, and release checkpoints
  • Own sprint planning, execution, and reporting
  • Enforce Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban, DOR, DOD, velocity tracking)
  • Redesign and govern Jira workflows to reflect real SDLC stages
  • Ensure a single source of truth for tickets, priorities, ownership, and estimates
  • Lead cross-functional alignment between CPO, PO, CTO, QA, and Engineering
  • Identify, document, and mitigate risks and dependencies
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and ensure proper documentation
  • Control scope and manage change requests
  • Provide weekly leadership reports with full delivery visibility

Required Experience & Skills

  • 7–10+ years of project management in software development
  • Strong Agile delivery experience
  • Experience stabilizing chaotic or immature SDLC environments
  • SaaS / CRM / ERP / Marketplace experience preferred
  • Advanced Jira administration and reporting
  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, microservices, and QA workflows
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • English level: C1
