AECOM has an immediate opportunity available for a BIM Coordinator for employment in Lima, Perú.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Management of BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Creation of CAD and BIM standards
- Management of Federated models
- Management and creation of progress reports
- Handling parameter revision in Revit and Civil 3D
- Quantity extraction management
- Management of BIM ACC (In the Document Management, Project Management, Cost Management, Design Collaboration and Model Coordination modules).
- Dynamo handling (Desirable)
- Handling Clash Detection

**Qualifications**
Minimum requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field with
- + 4 YEARS or demonstrated equivalence of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years of experience desirable
- Advanced english
- Knowledge of regulations for BIM project management
