**Vacancy Intro**: **What will you do**: - Ensure the project information model is produced in accordance with the project's Standards, Methods, Procedures and Quality Assurance/ Quality Control. - Define project information requirements in the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). - Develop and gain consensus of the Project Standards, Methods and Procedures (SMP). - Develop the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) system based on the BIM requirement for projects. - Maintain interactive report using Power Bi. - Other tasks are assigned by your direct supervisor. **Where you will work**: - Haskoning is a worldwide independent engineering, project management and consultancy firm which integrates 140 years of engineering expertise with digital technologies and software solutions. The Resilience & Maritime Peru advisory group is the hub to cover the entire Latin American and Caribbean region. We work in most of these countries either directly or through a partnership with local companies. It is your task to coordinate and manage business development and projects with the staff at the Peruvian office, staff from the headquarters in Europe plus our global and local partners in various countries in the region._ **What you bring**: **Responsibilities**: - Develop and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for port projects. - Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and perform clash detection. - Oversee the integration of BIM models with planning and project management tools. - Provide technical support and training to the team in the use of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, etc.). - Ensure compliance with international and project specific BIM standards. - Collaborate with design, engineering and construction teams to optimize processes and results. - Generate progress reports and technical documentation related to BIM. **Requirements**: - Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering (excl. requirement). - Proven experience in port projects and BIM coordination (minimum 3-5 years). - Advanced knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D). - Autodesk BIM 360 - Advanced level of English (oral and written). - Communication, leadership and teamwork skills. - Certification in BIM Management. **Desirable**: - Experience in handling tools such as Dynamo or similar. **Languages**: - Good command in both spoken and written English, Vietnamese **What we offer you**: - Belonging to a constantly growing transnational company. - Attractive remuneration. - Continuous learning opportunities through comprehensive training and development programs to foster your professional growth. - Work in an amazing team with wonderful colleagues to help fulfill our Enhance Society Together purpose. **Are you our new colleague?**: - Insert salary expectations
