**Job Type**: Full-Time (48 hours per week), Remote

H&C Construction LLC, a leading U.S. home remodeling company, is seeking a detail-oriented **Billing & Data Entry Specialist.** The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, ensuring clients fulfill payments, and keeping project progress organized in the CRM system. Advanced English proficiency and strong organizational skills are essential to excel in this remote position.

**Work Hours**:

- **Monday to Friday**: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- **Saturday**: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (no lunch break)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately record and manage billing data and ensure all financial transactions are up-to-date in the CRM.
- Monitor the progress of projects and ensure timely follow-up to secure client payments.
- Maintain organization of all records and project details in the CRM system, including JobNimbus.
- Communicate professionally in English with clients regarding payment reminders, billing details, and related inquiries.
- Assist in streamlining data entry processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- **Advanced English (C1)** level required (evaluated during the interview).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, data entry, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and familiarity with CRM tools such as JobNimbus is a plus.
- Fast and accurate typing skills are essential.
- Experience in the construction or remodeling industry is preferred but not required.
- Must reside in Lima, Peru, with availability to work from the office if necessary (currently 100% remote).

**Preferred (but not required)**:

- Experience in the **construction/remodeling** field.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive salary starting at **S/.2,000 per month during the 2-month trial period**.
- After the trial period, salary increases to **S/.2,500** (no commission).
- Half-month salary bonuses in July and December.
- Paid holidays and vacation time.
- Health insurance.
