Nomadic Real Estate is a property manager founded in 2005 and headquartered in Washington, DC, one of the largest real estate markets in the United States.

Nomadic core business is to provide property management services for landlords and investors. Through the following values: being client-centric, providing same day responses, promoting frequent communication, being transparent, and being hardworking, Nomadic enables owners to make their investments into a passive income while still feeling in control.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards for 200 properties.
- Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally to maintain positive tenant relations.
- Manage property repairs and maintenance, including obtaining quotes and overseeing work quality.
- Administer property finances, including rent collection, budgeting, and payment of expenses.
- Market vacant units effectively, conduct tenant screenings, and manage lease agreements.
- Enforce lease terms and regulations, resolve disputes, and take legal action when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of property transactions and tenant communications.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant and client interactions.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in property management software and basic financial management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in English to communicate effectively with tenants and clients.
- Relevant experience in property management is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.

**Technology**:

- Buildium, Porpertyware, Asana, Zendesk
- Google Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar, Google Voice, etc.)

Pay: S/.3,890.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- Advanced English (fully proficient) (required)
