Residential Security Coordinator

**DUTIES**:
The incumbent oversees the post's residential security program, serving as the primary liaison for all residential security matters between the Regional Security Office (RSO), General Services Office (GSO), Facilities Maintenance (FAC), and landlords. The incumbent conducts security surveys for all housing to ensure compliance with residential security standards, as well as evaluating proposed housing to determine security suitability and adherence to Overseas Security Policy Board (OSPB) standards prior to occupancy.
**Experience**: Minimum of two (2) years of office administrative experience that includes managing customer inquiries, complaints, and drafting reports and correspondence is required.
Must have a **valid driver's license **with at least **five** **years** of driving experience.
**Education**: Completion of high school is required.
