Our comprehensive services streamline the HR and Operations challenges in telehealth, making a significant impact in patient care across all 50 states.**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Revenue Operations Optimization**: Oversee the alignment between marketing, sales, and revenue teams to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting of revenue performance.
- **Implementation and Maintenance of Tools**: Manage marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce, integrating them for effective campaign execution and lead generation.
- **KPIs**: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the revenue cycle, analyzing data from campaigns to inform decision-making.
- **Dashboard & Reporting**: Create and maintain dashboards for marketing and revenue metrics, delivering actionable insights to leadership and teams.
- **Data Analysis & Strategy**: Analyze data trends for strategic insights that drive decisions, ensuring our campaigns support overall sales and marketing efforts.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Present complex data in clear formats for stakeholders, ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.
- **Budget Tracking**: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation across campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Specialist with:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in managing CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot, along with strong integration and reporting knowledge.
- A strong track record in designing insightful dashboards for revenue and marketing performance.
- Advanced skills in SQL or Zoho Deluge scripting to customize and automate CRM processes.
- Strong proficiency in analytics and visualization tools.
- Zoho Certification (CRM/Marketing Automation/Analytic) or similar Salesforce/HubSpot certifications.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills (Fluency in English - C1).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
