**What you will do**:

- **Coordinate with internal teams** such as operations and finance to address client needs.
- **Handle after-sales support** to help resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.

**What we are looking for**:

- Completed bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in a B2B customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
