Customer Service and Appointment Management Executive

Provide timely and efficient patient care through digital platforms such as Leadsales and Meta. Ensure proper follow-up on inquiries and appointment scheduling, and contribute to reports and briefings for the marketing and sales departments.
**Main Functions**:
- Monitor response times of the customer care team.
- Follow up with patients who were not attended to in a timely manner.
- Respond to patient inquiries via Leadsales and Meta.
- Schedule appointments for potential and current patients.
- Send mass promotions via WhatsApp.
- Distribute satisfaction surveys regarding treatments and evaluations.
- Coordinate with the reception team to schedule treatments based on availability.
- Cover contact center or reception duties in case of staff absences.
- Support marketing and sales teams with data analysis and reporting.
**Requirements**:
- Completed high school education. Ongoing or completed technical or university studies (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Proficiency in digital platforms, basic office tools (Word, Excel, Google Drive), and customer service.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required).
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Saturday, 8-hour rotating shifts.
