**About the team**
Internship at SAP Argentina´s HR department.
Objective: to learn and gain experience on the overall function of a corporate Human Resources Department
**What you’ll do**:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Human Resources
Location: Lima, Peru
**In this role, as an Intern in Human Resources you’ll be**:
Be sitting next to HR Operations and learning day to day basic tasks such as:
- Face to face interaction with employees
- Responding frequent asked questions
- Internal employee communication
- Contact and follow up with Bank, Insurance and Medical Companies´ Representatives.
- Daily HR activities.
**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Ongoing Graduate Student in one of the following careers studies: Human Resources / Administration
- Excellent oral and written English Communication skills (must)
- Experience in a corporate environment is preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible, highly motivated and accustomed to work remotely (mostly from home office) and with colleagues located in other time zones.
