**Project Developer (Remote) - H&C Construction LLC**

**Location**: Lima, Peru**Job Type**: Full-Time (48 hours per week), Remote

H&C Construction LLC, a leading home remodeling company in the U.S., is looking for a **Project Developer** with expertise in **interior design and remodeling** to join our team. This is a 100% remote position for a dedicated professional with strong project management experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to driving remodeling projects from concept to completion.

**Work Hours**:

- **Monday to Friday**: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee remodeling and interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and review technical drawings and architectural documents to align with project requirements and U.S. construction codes.
- Use CAD software to create, modify, and optimize detailed plans, incorporating client feedback and design adjustments.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure proper version control and organization of all drawings and technical documentation for accurate project tracking.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Update and maintain project documentation in platforms like Buildertrend, ensuring efficient workflow management.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced English (C1) level required (evaluated during the interview).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in **remodeling projects** and **interior design**, with a portfolio of relevant projects.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space optimization, and construction processes.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, designers, and contractors.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar platforms).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 MB) and a quiet workspace for video calls.
- Resides in Lima, Peru.

**Preferred (but not required)**:

- Prior experience in the construction or home remodeling industry.
- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Familiarity with construction management platforms and tools.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive salary starting at S/.2,500 per month during the 2-month trial period
- After the trial period, salary increases to S/.3,000.
- Half-month salary bonuses in July and December.
