**Responsabilidades y atribuciones** Job Purpose**
Responsible for conducting the AS IS-TO BE process improvement model for the Shared Service Center new service centralizations projects.
Analysts can capture an accurate visual picture of all processes in scope, breakdown steps and information [controls, systems, metrics, volume] related to discuss changes to the current process maps and show the “TO BE” way of working.
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, system engineering or business administration with high focus/knowledge on process Improvement, or a relevant proven experience in related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in process mapping, improvement, data analysis.
- Advance MS Excel skills
- Flowchart software (Visio, lucid, draw.io )
- **Bilingual (English/Spanish)**
**Key Activities for the position**
- Conduct interviews and surveys to key members
- Analyze business processes and document them according to best practices
- Accurately describe processes with flowcharts in different levels.
- Discover and propose improvement opportunities
- Follow up risks and deliverables
- Lead the process Re-design sessions and visually show changes made by process owners/Automation/IT
- Prioritize efficiency and quality
**Outputs**
- Daily and weekly deliverables
- Process documentation according to best practices
- Solutions documentation and follow up
- Daily communication with process discovery lead and projects stakeholders
