**About The Opportunity**

We are looking for an events intern to support the Events and Partnerships area in Lima. In this role, you will:
- Support all meeting rooms transactions /events to generate new revenue for the company and assist reservations to ensure everything it’s in order to receive the client and they are comfortable during the their stay in our buildings.-
- Record all opportunities accurately, keeping all relevant information fully updated always and produce reports as requested.- Anticipate clients’ needs before they arise using relevant information collected about past events to enhance and personalize their experience.- Communicate with internal team and external contacts to ensure that all events are being executed in a timely manner.- Be a jack of all trades: you will do anything needed to support the events team in order to achieve team goals.- Embody the mission and values of WeWork at all times

**About You**

Does the below sound like you? If so, we’d love to hear from you- You are studying the 8th or 9th cycle of your career: Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a strong eye for details.- Excellent organizational skills - You effectively prioritize work to target the highest-impact issues first.- Problem solving attitude - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data.- Analytical approach - You are able to diagnose problems, to identify root cause issues, and action them through project definition and execution.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Solid interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.- English required (Intermediate at least).
