**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, account issues, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve complaints with professionalism and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Translate customer communications and internal documents between English and Korean when necessary.
- Uphold company values by delivering friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in **English and Korean** (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing role preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
