**Compensation**: $1400-$2500 USD per month
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support
- Ensure a positive customer experience and address concerns
- Monitor and manage customer accounts and communications
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service
- Help identify areas for process improvement and customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer success, support, or related role
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Reliable internet connection, laptop, and headset
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback
