Provide support to the technical manager or production managers in activities that help us achieve the objectives of the Technical & manufacturing area. Ensure that the objectives of the investment project charter, design specifications and Nestlé standards are implemented and adhered to.

**Un día en la vida de...**:

- Support the End to End Project Manager and Project Engineering Manager in developing the investment project charter
- Execute the basic and detailed design of the project based on Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, Nestlé standards, local regulations, the defined User Requirements Specifications and the TPM characteristics of a unit operation (safety, quality, affordability, maintainability, operability and reliability).
- Support the start-up manager and their team to ensure a smooth transition to operations.
- Ensure by design the workers, and operators, safety during both the construction and the ongoing operation of the plant.
- Support and participate in the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance program with the aim of eliminating unplanned stops, optimizing maintenance costs and finally obtaining an increase in asset intensity as a result.
- Determine methods to minimize the likelihood of injury or damage to people and/or equipment (SH&E).
- Ensure that Nestlé standards are applied in the manufacturing process.
- Bring support with the contact of local technical suppliers and/or representatives.

**Lo que te hará exitoso**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Engineering, Technical, Production, Quality Assurance or manufacturing in a consumer goods company.
- Education: Graduated from Engineering, or related careers.
- English: Advanced.
- Spanish: Desirable (not essential).

Has high initiative, goal oriented, reliable, analytical ability, communication skills. Appropriate interpersonal skills to achieve the acceptance of ideas, open to teamwork and collaborative. Passionate about what he does, involved, helps others.
