**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Graphic desgin or 3D Animatation
- High-level motion designer skills
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- 2D and 3D animations from scratch
- Blender, Cinema 4D or others in an advanced level.
- Experience in After Effects, Adobe Design Tools, Premiere Pro or others.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Displaying a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging videos, and 2D - 3D Motion graphics for our Apps.
- Develop and edit the designs of the platform´s products maintaining the weight, proportion and optimal quality, according to the requirement of the channel.
- Creation and editing of videos organized by Latam's creative team.
- Build videos for advertisement purposes on social media platforms.
- Thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment with a high-volume workload that often requires short turnaround times.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Keeping up-to-date on the latest trends in the mobile apps industry and experimenting with new ideas.
