**Practicante Profesional - Ventas**

**Funciones**:

- Prospectar clientes para eventos sociales y corporativos
- Realizar las cotizaciones de eventos sociales y corporativos
- Apoyar en la elaboración, seguimiento y difusión de las órdenes de eventos
- Acopiar, registrar y revisar las bases de datos de los clientes de eventos
- Coordinar con las áreas operativas el buen desempeño del evento
- Realizar los Beo Meetings junto con las áreas operativas
- Utilizar las herramientas de Marriott
- Apoyar en el diseño de Flyer de difusión promociones de eventos
- Coordinar con proveedores de rental de mobiliario de eventos

**Requisitos**:

- Egresado o Bachiller de Turismo hotelería o afines.
- Idealmente cumplir con nosotros un periodo de 12 meses de prácticas profesionales.
- Conocimiento de Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
- Dominio de plataformas Zoom, Teams, Excel intermedio-avanzado, Canva, Opera, Wordpress (deseable).
- Competencias: Trabajo colaborativo, flexible, creativo, empático, buenas relaciones interpersonales, ordenado, ortografía y redacción.
