**Position Overview**

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Specialist based in **Lima (Peru)** or **Colombia**to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital storytelling, social media trends, and creating visually engaging content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the creation of engaging social media content (graphics, reels, stories, short-form videos, etc.).
- Help schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Monitor social media platforms daily and support community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
- Conduct basic research on trends, hashtags, and competitor content.
- Support content planning and contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity.
- Track key performance indicators and help prepare reports on engagement and reach.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in social media management or digital marketing (internships/freelance work welcome).
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms and their basic features.
- Strong communication skills and basic copywriting abilities.
- Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, or basic Adobe tools.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- A creative eye for design and interest in current social media trends.
- Comfortable working in English (written and spoken). Spanish fluency is a plus.

**Nice to Have (Not Required)**
- Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Previous experience working with a hospitality, lifestyle, or travel brand.
