**Job Title**: Maintenance Manager - Solar System & Electricity

**Location**: Senegal (posting published in Lima, Peru - relocation required)

**Job Type**: Full-time

To ensure the reliability and efficiency of our mid-scale solar and electrical infrastructure, we are seeking a highly skilled **Maintenance Manager - Solar System & Electricity**.

This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and fluency in **English**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise all maintenance activities for solar PV systems, inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and electrical distribution.
- Manage a team of technicians, assign tasks, and ensure proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical faults and coordinate repairs with international suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Monitor system performance and prepare technical reports in English.
- Provide technical support for system upgrades, expansions, and efficiency improvements.
- Control spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of solar PV and electrical systems, including management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of inverters, switchgear, transformers, batteries, and electrical distribution networks.
- Proven ability to lead and train a technical team.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- **English**(mandatory) - spoken and written.
- Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Senegal.
