**Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Input, organize and manage contracts and agreement templates in the Contract Management System.
- Manage the contract life cycle, including intake of requests for review or creation of new contracts, entering new contracts into the Contract Management System and maintaining version control of all contracts.
- Review and analyze contract provisions and enter data related to all relevant data fields into the Contract Management System.
- Monitor status, including terminations and renewals as they arise, for all contracts, ensure appropriate reminders are provided to the appropriate individuals, and follow up with the business as needed.
- Assist in preparing and serve timely notifications, as necessary, to renew or terminate contracts.
- Run reports within the Contract Managements System as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR on intake of legal requests and contract negotiation process.
- Assist with developing and improving processes, playbooks, knowledge management and automation.
- Assist with tracking and filing of non-contract legal documents.
- Oversee the intake process and management of requests for information or deletion under the California Consumer Protection Act, including preparing and tracking responses to same.
- Oversee and manage the administration of, and track the completion of, compliance training on Company’s Learning Management System and run reports as needed.
- Work on special projects as needed.
- Work independently and be able to effectively work remote.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Familiar and comfortable with use of technology.
- Ability to work well under pressure with diligence and mínimal supervision.
- Must exercise discretion and ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Self-starter who operates well in a fast-paced environment that stresses the importance of integrity, excellence, execution and teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and contract management software required. Experience with Agiloft a very big plus.
