**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Respond to approximately 20 client calls per day, addressing questions and providing excellent customer service.
- Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day office operations.
- Manage and update Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable using QuickBooks.
- Maintain and update records in internal ERP systems to ensure accuracy and workflow consistency.
- Track and update job statuses and process stages (e.g., marking jobs from “ongoing” to “completed”).
- Generate and maintain reports for internal use and submit directly to the Office Manager.
**Skills**
- Proficient in handling client communications and updating internal systems.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, ERP systems & admin support.
- Customer service mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant administrative tools.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative and/or customer service.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)
**Physical Setting**:Remote
**Schedule**: Monday-Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. (1-hour lunch break)
Pay: S/.3,070.00 - S/.3,975.00 per month
**Experience**:
