**Quality Lead Calibrator - English**

**Summary**

**Responsibilities**

- Facilitate effective calibration sessions focused on consensus-building, accuracy, and actionable outcomes

- Schedule calibration sessions, document meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-ups and closure of action items.

- Review performance trends and feedback to identify knowledge or skill gaps, and recommend improvement strategies.

- Uphold quality and compliance guidelines in line with company and client requirements.

**Eligibility Requirements**

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, including hosting and leading calibration sessions.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).

- Leads calibration sessions with clarity, confidence, and attention to detail.

- Ability to analyze data and trends to prepare and follow up on calibration sessions effectively.

- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Capable of managing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines independently.

- Flexible with shift timings and adaptable to varied responsibilities based on business needs.

- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation tools for delivering data-driven insights.

- Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and professional growth
