The Electrification & Automation team of Siemens is seeking an outstanding mind for our team to assure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. In this position, you will lead and advise us in quality standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance, developing processes, and ensuring the standard methodologies for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise the organization in quality matters, focusing on customer happiness and internal and external requirements.
- Provide support in compliance with regulations as a manager of standards, acquiring and owning the corresponding regulations and standards, providing them to the organization and reporting on changes.
- Ensure the development of digital solutions related to quality to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes.
- Develop of non-conformity management, lessons learned, best practices, and risk management.
- Lead or coordinate the entire quality team of the assigned teams (internal/external).
- Ensure interdepartmental collaboration with Procurement, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Services, and the corresponding suppliers to achieve quality business objectives.
- Adapt and provide management systems, including project documentation, regulations, methods, and IT tools.
- Supply project planning to ensure that specific quality requirements for the project are considered from the sales phase.
- Develop, control, and ensure the implementation and improvement of a specific project quality management system detailed in the project quality plan.
- Develop quality dossiers for assigned projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
- Validated experience, of at least 3 years, as a Quality Supervisor or Coordinator in the field of electrical engineering, medium voltage, and secondary systems.
- Proficiency in quality regulations (ISO).
- Desirable knowledge of medium voltage systems and protection & control of electrical substations.
- Proficient in English.
